‘Midnight Mayhem With Me’ and Fan Theories

Taylor teases fans on Twitter

Taylor Swift is known for leaving easter eggs whenever she gets a chance and we cannot help but think of the times she used Karma. The word Karma has been referenced on many occasions. In Taylor’s 73 questions Vogue interview she quoted “KARMA is Real”, verse 2 of “Look what you made me do”, Taylor sang “The world moves on, another day, another drama, drama. But not for me, not for me, all I think about is KARMA, and In “The Man” music video the word KARMA was written in graffiti on a wall.

November 12, 2021, on the Jimmy Fallon show, Taylor said “Can I hint at something three years in advance” Well we did some digging and we connected the dots. Music Video for the song “The Man” from her album Lover was shot in 2019 and that is almost 3 years ago when the graffiti appeared. Now in 2022, she is releasing a song called “Karma”. Coincidence? “We think not”.

Devil Works Hard, but Swifties Work Harder

While all the tracks hold significance, a few caught swifties’ attention

All Taylor Swift thinks about is Karma

A lot of fans speculate that the album links back to what happened in 2016 between Taylor and Kanye West. In 2016, a phone call between Taylor Swit and Kanye West went viral. In that video, Kanye edited out just a clip of taking Taylor’s consent to be added to his music video “Famous” which included derogatory lines about Taylor.

Cancel Culture hopped on and #taylorswiftisoverparty was trending on Twitter. That video brought a lot of hate and defamation. Taylor Swift disappeared for a year, the whole journey has been covered by her documentary “Miss Americana” on Netflix.

Abandoned Album

Because Taylor Swift has been releasing an album every two years since her debut, fans hypothesize that this upcoming album was planned to be released in sequence in 2016 after 1989, just like all the other albums. But because of all the damage done to her reputation, she released an album titled Reputation in 2017. So, this album could be the one she put aside and focused on setting the records straight.

We remember it All too Well

Track 9 has to be related to the All too Well 10-minute version (Taylor’s Version) because, Hey! it is called bejeweled! If you remember the song and the film (because we all should). In verse 4, she sang “A never-needy, ever-lovely jewel whose shine reflects on you”. And she is wearing the same sweater in the TikTok while revealing the song title that Sadie Sink wore in the All too Well film. Now come on, it surely has to be a reflection, another side of the already told story.

Taylor comes Clean about Anti-Hero

Even though everyone’s losing their mind over track 11, The singer shared that track 3, Anti-Hero is personal because it explores her insecurities.

 “Yeah, I like ‘Anti-Hero’ a lot because I think it’s really honest.”

She is in love, True Love

“There’s a Lavender, mysterious way about Track 1” inspired by the series “Mad Men”. She came across the phrase used in the ’50s to describe being in love. Swift continued by saying that her 6-year relationship with Joe Alwyn has dodged many rumors to get where they are right now and they are still in a “Lavender Haze”.

TayLana is happening as fans predicted

Fans are also going crazy because Taylor announced a collaboration on Track 4 “Snow on the Beach” with none other than Lana Del Rey!!! We suspected it because of all the Instagram photos. Hello? We have eyes and ears everywhere.

According to billboard – If Midnights reaches No. 1 on the Billboard 200, she would tie Streisand for the most No. 1 albums by a female artist.

Midnights, the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout my life, will be out October 21. Meet me at midnight.
